GRR
I woke up today with the idea that all I will be doing is kicking back in vanguard. Saddly that was not the case.
I could go into an entire story of what happened, but I wont. My hard drive crashed and burned. Everything is gone. At least everything since I built the new system in last summer. Why haven’t I backed it up? The backup external hard drive crashed a few months ago after my husband picked up the lappy of the desk with it still attached. I hadn’t delt with western digital about getting a replacement yet.
All my animation files I’ve been working on, gone. All my photo source of ideas, gone. All of my completed ads, gone. All my transaction records, gone.
I got a new hard drive, installed windows and things, put the old one in to see if I could recover anything. Nope. I’ve tried 4 different recovery programs and still nothing. I have one more to try, then I’m sending it to a data recovery place.
Well, I guess it could be worse if I wouldnt have been able to buy a new hard drive. But Chuck is going to have to wait another month for his new scratching tree that weighs more then his tubby kitten self.
