HUDDLES Catwalk Sets

The HUDDLES Catwalk HUD was designed by Keiki Lemieux and Luth Brodie.

It is combination walk replacer and posing HUD specifically designed for use in fashion shows in Second Life. It gives you an easy way to walk down the runway and strike a few poses and comes with a number of poses built in.

Features

  • Low lag features: Single mono script, only timer runs when model is actually walking, no open listens.

  • First forward standing pose starts automatically once you stop walking. This is to counter the high amount of lag at fashion shows.

  • Easy to add more poses. Drop in and add to the notecard. Can add up to 11 for each notecard.
  • Numbered buttons appear only when poses are assigned to them. No need to remember how many you have added.
  • Customizable notecard system allows you to keep multiple sets in one HUD.
  • HUD and poses are copyable so you can organize into folders for different looks.
  • HUD conveniently minimizes when turned off.
  • Help button to display full instruction at any time.

Full Manual

Typically a HUDDLES Catwalk pack comes with five separate stands, which correspond to the following buttons:

  • Forward Pose: the up arrow (or forward arrow) button. This is the first pose that automatically plays whenever you stop walking.
  • Left Pose: the left arrow button. This will face you 45 degrees to the your left.
  • Right Pose: the right arrow button. This will face you 45 degrees to the your right.
  • Over The Shoulder Pose - this has the curved u-turn style arrow on the button. This pose keeps your body facing the same direction, but you turn to look over your shoulder. Suitable when walking back from the front of the stage.
  • Extra Forward Pose - numbered button (1). Added for a smoother transition between left and right positions but can be used at any time.
